Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the food & beverage operations at the Radisson Hotel Cape Town Foreshore. You will be responsible for delivering first‑class service, driving guest satisfaction, and elevating the dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the restaurant and food & beverage service to ensure the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction.
• Proactively respond to guest enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Achieve food & beverage targets and initiatives aligned with hotel objectives.
• Lead, develop and motivate the F&B team, fostering a culture of growth and performance.
• Manage departmental budget, control costs, monitor inventory and ensure productivity levels.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement programmes that improve service standards, profitability and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and audit requirements.

• Hands‑on managerial style with the ability to lead by example.
