Recruitment Consultant (Remote)

About the role

FROGG Recruitment is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant for its Cape Town branch, working remotely. The role offers an excellent basic salary combined with a competitive commission structure and involves full‑cycle recruitment across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete 360‑degree recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
• Handle incoming job specifications and proactively develop new business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Post and manage job adverts on multiple recruitment platforms and websites.
• Source, headhunt, screen, and interview top‑tier candidates for diverse client roles.
• Coordinate the end‑to‑end interview process and provide feedback.
• Facilitate job offers, salary negotiations, and placement contracts.

Required profile

• Matric / Grade 12 qualification.
• 3‑5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within an agency.
• Agency background is essential.
• High level of computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
