About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join our Service Functions team. You will work closely with Global Expert Talent Acquisition to shape and execute a target‑group oriented recruiting strategy that supports our worldwide operations.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and drive recruiting strategies in alignment with Global Expert Talent Acquisition.
• Forward recruitment requirements to Hiring Administrators and ensure smooth execution.
• Provide input and feedback to Hiring Management, HR Partners, and Talent Acquisition on process and tool improvements, including job advertisement placement.
• Design, implement, and maintain a Recruiting Toolbox for Hiring Managers to ensure global governance.
• Support and facilitate Assessment Centers for selected candidates.
• Assist with mass recruitment projects and contribute to broader HR initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (B2 Upper‑intermediate) and the local language (B2 Upper‑intermediate).
• 1‑3 years of professional experience in recruitment or a related HR area.
• At least 1 year of experience as a project member within HR or recruitment projects.
