Recruitment Consultant – Remote – 35k‑40k Rand + Commission

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to work from home, focusing on sourcing and placing lawyers. The role offers a base salary of 35k‑40k Rand per month plus a 10% commission on deals ranging from $25k to $100k.

Key responsibilities

• Make approximately 3.75 hours of phone calls daily to engage potential candidates.
• Conduct 5 hours of research and outreach each day to build a pipeline of legal professionals.
• Participate in one hour of daily training and meetings.
• Collaborate with high‑performing billers handling $500k‑$1m portfolios.
• Utilise the company’s extensive lawyer dataset to identify suitable placements.

Required profile

• High level of drive and self‑motivation.
• Experience in white‑collar recruitment, preferably within the legal sector.
• Willingness to work long hours covering partial USA time zones.
