About the role
The HR Officer will provide comprehensive on‑site Human Resources support across multiple divisions. The role covers administration, recruitment, training, performance and talent management, as well as employee relations and CCMA representation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day HR administration and employee records.
- Lead recruitment and selection processes using online platforms such as P‑Net and LinkedIn.
- Design and deliver training and development programmes.
- Oversee performance management and talent management initiatives.
- Handle employee relations matters, including CCMA representation.
- Utilise HR modules for employee, job profile and personnel management.
- Prepare reports and conduct background checks using systems like MIE and Lexis Nexis.
Required profile
- Matric (Grade 12) plus a degree or National Diploma in Human Resources.
- Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably with exposure to IRSAGE 300 for a workforce of around 300 employees.
- Proven ability to work across all HR functions listed above.
