Recruiter / HR Coordinator (Remote, US Hours)

About the role

A motivated and detail‑oriented Recruiter / HR Coordinator is needed to support recruitment and HR operations within a healthcare environment. The role is fully remote, working US Eastern Standard Time (9 am‑5 pm EST), and focuses on managing hiring processes, onboarding, and day‑to‑day HR administration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for healthcare and administrative positions.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and candidate records.
• Post and manage job advertisements across recruitment platforms.
• Support onboarding and employee documentation processes.
• Assist with HR administration, employee records, and compliance documentation.
• Track recruitment metrics and hiring progress.
• Support employee engagement and HR operational initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR coordination.
• Experience in healthcare recruitment or administration is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home‑office setup.

Required skills

• Experience with Indeed and similar recruitment platforms.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
