Outbound Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are scaling our recruiting function and need an outbound recruiter who can source, engage, and convert passive talent into qualified interviews for our instructor pipeline. This is a fully remote, independent‑contractor position focused entirely on the top of the hiring funnel.

Key responsibilities

• Source prospects across social media platforms and ballroom‑dance directories.
• Build targeted prospect lists through structured research.
• Draft and send personalized outreach at scale.
• Engage respondents, qualify interest, and convert prospects into vetted leads.
• Hand off qualified candidates to the hiring manager.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of outbound recruiting, sourcing, or sales‑development experience.
• Proven cold‑outreach performance with measurable conversion data.
• Professional written and spoken English; outreach copy is the deliverable.
• Self‑directed work ethic with ability to operate without daily supervision.
• At least 4 hours of daily overlap with US business hours.
• Recruiting experience in dance, fitness, performing arts, or creative industries is a plus.
