About the role

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. This role supports the smooth operation of the office by handling communications, meeting logistics, and basic administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Operate the switchboard, manage incoming calls and messages.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and arrange refreshments.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the reception area and uphold high customer‑service standards.
  • Assist with document preparation, photocopying, and stationery control.
  • Provide ad‑hoc support to Finance and Administration teams.
  • Document and process walk‑in Shesha/Womoba sales accurately.
  • Adhere to Tsebo’s SHEQ standards and policies.

Required profile

  • Matric (essential).
  • Administrative Diploma (advantageous).
  • Minimum 3 years experience in reception, customer service, or administration.
