PR & Communications Manager

About the role

We are looking for a high‑velocity, hands‑on Communications Manager to own and shape our global narrative. This is a pure PR role – no agencies, no fluff – focused on building direct relationships with Tier‑1 tech journalists and amplifying our story across North America and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Organic Media Relations – pitch directly to Tier‑1 and tech‑specific outlets to secure earned coverage.
• Executive Thought Leadership – ghostwrite and craft narrative for founders on LinkedIn, newsletters and industry publications.
• Content Distribution – design AI‑assisted workflows to turn core insights into LinkedIn carousels, threads and rapid‑distribution assets.
• Brand Monitoring – track mentions and trends to seize news‑jacking opportunities.
• Strategic Growth – expand the company’s Share of Voice (SoV) in target markets.

Required profile

• Proven experience pitching tech stories to top‑tier media (TechCrunch, Forbes, etc.).
• Ability to ghostwrite for senior executives and produce high‑impact content.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a lean, remote‑first startup environment.
• Strong storytelling instincts and grit to get stories picked up.
