Marketing Specialist – Corporate & Investment Banking

About the role

Nedbank is seeking a Marketing Specialist for its Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) division in Johannesburg. The role supports the implementation of marketing plans, coordinates activities, and assists internal stakeholders in achieving business and marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support marketing plans and client value propositions.
• Coordinate marketing activities, resources and stakeholders.
• Collect information for marketing reports and support budget‑related activities.
• Recommend improvements to processes and systems.
• Share relevant information with team members and stay updated on industry and regulatory changes.
• Support transformation and corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Required profile

• Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (essential).
• 2–3 years of experience in administration, sales or marketing.
• Knowledge of administrative procedures, business principles and data analysis.
• Understanding of governance, risk and controls.
• Good business writing and communication skills.
• Advantageous: relevant Bachelor’s degree, National Diploma or IMM qualification at NQF Level 6.
• Preference will be given to individuals from under‑represented groups.
