Marketing Officer (Design & Digital All-Rounder)

About the role

We are seeking a versatile Marketing Officer who can blend creativity with business acumen. You will be responsible for designing assets, executing digital campaigns, and managing end‑to‑end marketing projects across multiple brands in the agri‑tech sector.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including social media, email and website content.
• Create engaging graphics, e‑catalogues, promotional ads and video assets while maintaining brand consistency.
• Set up and monitor Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns, analysing performance and recommending improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery of auction promotions, product launches and other marketing initiatives.
• Write, proofread and adapt marketing copy in English and Afrikaans for various platforms.
• Support reporting, campaign analysis and ad‑hoc marketing requests across the business.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in a combined marketing and design role.
• Degree in Marketing, Design or a related discipline.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commercial awareness with a focus on delivering measurable business outcomes.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (required); Premiere Pro / After Effects (advantageous).
• Basic paid‑media knowledge – Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Proficiency in English and Afrikaans (written and spoken).
