Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Specialist to work remotely on a contract basis. The role will oversee end‑to‑end logistics operations, analyse data, and implement strategies that improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics strategies for transportation, warehousing and distribution networks.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators such as on‑time delivery, cost per shipment and inventory turnover.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align supply‑chain activities with business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks, including supplier disruptions and logistical bottlenecks.
• Use data analytics tools to forecast demand and optimise inventory levels.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, supply‑chain planning or a related field.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret complex datasets and drive decision‑making.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external partners.
• Familiarity with international shipping regulations and compliance standards (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with supply‑chain management software.
• Experience using data visualization tools.
• Knowledge of data analytics tools for demand forecasting and inventory optimisation.
