Logistics Clerk – Supply Chain Support

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Clerk to support our logistics and supply‑chain operations. You will coordinate shipments, maintain accurate records, track inventory and ensure timely delivery of goods for a leading chemical and agricultural inputs distributor in Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Print order documents and convert them into invoices.
• File and archive documents, keeping records of finished goods.
• Prepare sales and dispatch documentation.
• Place purchase orders, receive stock and perform stock reconciliation.
• Conduct regular stock counts and resolve related queries.
• Communicate load information with transport companies.
• Ensure loads are prepared and dispatched on schedule.
• Verify driver and truck compliance before loading.
• Print and issue tremcards and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).

Required profile

• Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.
• National Diploma in Logistics.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or a similar role.
• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
