About the role
We are looking for a reliable General Assistant to support the daily operations of our BUCO business unit in Montague Gardens. The role involves a mix of customer‑facing duties and hands‑on logistical tasks, ensuring smooth service delivery while adhering to company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with their orders and assist with enquiries.
- Load and unload vehicles, handling stock items in the pack yard.
- Clean, safeguard and perform wash‑bay activities for vehicles.
- Assist both customers and suppliers with various requests.
- Maintain a tidy work environment and uphold company values and culture.
Required profile
- Completed Grade 12 education.
- Good product knowledge and ability to learn quickly.
- Flexibility to work in any area of the business unit.
- Strong customer‑service orientation.
