Flight Attendant – HLA (Cabin Crew)

About the role

FlySafair is seeking dedicated Flight Attendants (HLA) to join its cabin crew team. You will play a vital role in ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and a positive travel experience on every flight.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously ensure compliance with all applicable safety policies and procedures.
• Execute activities that contribute to a positive passenger experience.
• Promote a high level of integrity and maintain administrative compliance.
• Work flexible shifts, including weekends, public holidays, early‑morning sign‑ons and late‑evening sign‑offs.

Required profile

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Current and valid SACAA Cabin Crew License.
• Avmed DD50 Medical Certificate.
• Dangerous Goods, Ditching and Fire‑Fighting Certificates.
• Valid South African driver’s licence.
• Level 4 English language proficiency.
• Medically fit, able to swim, and willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Professional appearance, immaculate time‑keeping, and no visible tattoos.

• Dangerous Goods handling certification
• Ditching certification

• South African driver’s licence
• Level 4 English proficiency
