Learning & Development Designer – People & Culture

About the role

We are looking for a Learning & Development Designer to enhance the workforce experience through innovative learning solutions. You will partner with stakeholders to design, develop and optimise integrated learning interventions that meet business needs and drive agility.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with people & culture and banking stakeholders on allocated projects.
• Design and develop technology‑enabled learning solutions that improve efficiency and commercial viability.
• Interpret future requirements and shifts in Centre of Excellence (CoE) practice, delivering end‑to‑end solutions.
• Prioritise and align CoE initiatives with organisational goals.
• Provide technical support for content libraries and digital learning platforms.

Required profile

• Degree in Social Science or equivalent; Graphic Design qualification is a plus.
• 5–7 years of experience in Learning Design, including use of AI‑driven technologies.
• Proven ability to collaborate with business leaders and translate requirements into design methodologies.
• Experience applying research and analytics to create effective learning content.
• Familiarity with corporate standards and brand identity in learning technology design.
