Junior Developer

About the role

Thoughtware is looking for a motivated Junior Developer to join its agile team. You will contribute to the design, development and maintenance of enterprise‑scale web and mobile applications used by clients worldwide. The role offers exposure to fast‑moving projects and the chance to grow your technical expertise in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain web and mobile applications.
• Work within an Agile team to deliver scalable, high‑performance features.
• Translate business requirements into well‑structured technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across multiple platforms.
• Assist with debugging, troubleshooting and resolving software issues.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Support multiple projects through effective time and project management.
• Stay current with emerging software technologies and apply them where appropriate.
• Occasionally travel internationally to support global projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Software Development, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
• Strong motivation and adaptability as a junior developer.
• Passion for building innovative applications and continuous learning.
