About the role
The successful candidate will join a well‑established organisation to ensure the stability, security and efficiency of its IT infrastructure. This role provides hands‑on technical support across multiple sites and manages the Microsoft 365 environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day IT support to users across multiple branches/sites.
- Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, tablets, printers and other IT equipment.
- Administer Microsoft 365 services including user accounts, licensing, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and Exchange.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and connectivity issues.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, firewalls, backups, telephony systems and cybersecurity measures.
- Support internal business systems and applications.
- Log, manage and resolve IT support tickets within agreed turnaround times.
- Liaise with external service providers, vendors and consultants for infrastructure, security and equipment support.
- Ensure all systems, devices and office equipment remain secure, operational and optimised.
- Assist with IT documentation, asset management and system improvement initiatives.
- Provide professional, user‑friendly support to non‑technical staff.
Required profile
- 5–10 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support or Systems Administration.
- Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience.
- Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, backups, cybersecurity and ticketing systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s licence preferred.
- Required certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certification.
- Highly advantageous: ITIL Foundation, Cisco CCNA, cloud certifications (AWS, VMware, Google Cloud).

- ITIL Foundation (advantageous).
- Cisco CCNA (advantageous).
- Cloud platforms: AWS, VMware, Google Cloud (advantageous).
What we offer
