About the role

The successful candidate will join a well‑established organisation to ensure the stability, security and efficiency of its IT infrastructure. This role provides hands‑on technical support across multiple sites and manages the Microsoft 365 environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide day‑to‑day IT support to users across multiple branches/sites.
  • Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, tablets, printers and other IT equipment.
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services including user accounts, licensing, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint and Exchange.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking and connectivity issues.
  • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, firewalls, backups, telephony systems and cybersecurity measures.
  • Support internal business systems and applications.
  • Log, manage and resolve IT support tickets within agreed turnaround times.
  • Liaise with external service providers, vendors and consultants for infrastructure, security and equipment support.
  • Ensure all systems, devices and office equipment remain secure, operational and optimised.
  • Assist with IT documentation, asset management and system improvement initiatives.
  • Provide professional, user‑friendly support to non‑technical staff.

Required profile

  • 5–10 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support or Systems Administration.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience.
  • Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, backups, cybersecurity and ticketing systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Valid driver’s licence preferred.
  • Required certifications: CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certification.
  • Highly advantageous: ITIL Foundation, Cisco CCNA, cloud certifications (AWS, VMware, Google Cloud).
