Intermediate Angular Developer

About the role

We are seeking an Intermediate Angular Developer to join our banking Rewards portfolio and deliver customer‑facing digital solutions within a complex banking environment. The role involves building modern web applications, enhancing existing platforms, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance Angular applications.
• Deliver front‑end features on schedule and to quality standards.
• Participate in creating new platform functionality and application enhancements.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve defects and technical issues.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Quality Engineers and back‑end teams.
• Take part in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge‑sharing activities.
• Support multiple initiatives within the banking Rewards portfolio and escalate risks as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement within the engineering team.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to quickly understand the banking Rewards platform and development practices.
• Proven track record of delivering features, enhancements and defect fixes to agreed standards.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ownership of assigned workstreams.
• Effective collaboration with analysts, developers, testers and delivery stakeholders.
• Proactive communication of blockers, risks and dependencies.
• Adaptability to changing priorities and delivery needs.
• Continuous learning mindset and drive to improve technical capability.
