Integrated Marketing Lead – Acute Care & Monitoring

About the role

The Integrated Marketing Lead for Acute Care & Monitoring will shape portfolio strategy, drive upstream marketing initiatives and support the introduction and adoption of solutions across the EurAsia region. Working closely with regional commercial teams, global stakeholders and product experts, the role blends strategic portfolio management, market analysis and product launch leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise‑wide integrated marketing programs for the Acute Care & Monitoring portfolio.
• Build business cases, set strategies, manage budgets, execute campaigns and measure impact to meet growth and reputational goals.
• Lead sponsorship and partnership initiatives from concept through activation.
• Oversee creation of all content types and apply omni‑channel models (paid, owned, earned, shared).
• Establish reputational KPIs, listening tools and tracking mechanisms to assess program impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of marketing experience, including portfolio and product marketing.
• Proven experience developing portfolio strategies, leading product launches and supporting pricing initiatives.
• Strong track record managing cross‑functional projects and influencing stakeholders in global matrix organisations.
• Ability to analyse market, customer and competitive data to produce business recommendations.
• Experience in the healthcare, medical device or life‑sciences industry.
