HR / Onboarding Coordinator

About the role

This fully remote position supports new hires in a global, distributed environment. As the central point of contact, you will shape the employee experience from offer acceptance through successful integration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding journey, from offer acceptance to full integration.
• Coordinate onboarding schedules, documentation, system access, and internal communications across multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation to ensure compliance and data integrity.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for HR‑related queries, providing guidance and timely responses.
• Monitor onboarding progress, follow up on required steps, and ensure milestones are met.
• Support broader HR administrative tasks and collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve onboarding workflows.

Required profile

• Prior experience in HR, onboarding, or people‑operations roles, preferably in a remote or international setting.
• Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and solve problems proactively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
