About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to provide comprehensive on‑site support across multiple divisions. The role involves managing recruitment, training, performance management, talent development, and employee relations in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including advertising, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and payroll data using the SAGE 300 People system.
- Draft promotion, salary increase, job title and grade change letters and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
- Participate in the Employment Equity and Training Committee and facilitate training initiatives.
- Provide guidance on disciplinary hearings, grievances and represent the company at the CCMA when required.
- Administer medical aid registrations and retirement fund withdrawals, handling employee benefit queries.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Human Resources.
- Minimum 5 years of full HR generalist experience, including Industrial Relations.
- Strong communication, professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
