Delivery Consultant – Finance Recruitment

About the role

We are partnering with a forward‑thinking UK‑based finance recruitment firm that blends high‑performance recruitment with a strong social purpose. As a Delivery Consultant you will own the candidate journey, from market mapping to interview preparation, ensuring a premium experience for both candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth market mapping and talent research within the finance sector.
• Identify, engage and qualify high‑quality candidates that match specific client requirements.
• Manage the full candidate lifecycle, including outreach, screening, and ongoing communication.
• Conduct detailed video interviews via Zoom or Microsoft Teams and prepare candidates for client interviews.
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to candidates throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in internal systems.
• Collaborate with client‑facing consultants to deliver high‑quality shortlists.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as workflow automation and best‑practice development.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing or research (finance recruitment a plus).
• Strong research and analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple candidates and roles simultaneously.
• High level of organisation and time‑management.
• Candidate‑centric mindset with a commitment to delivering a premium experience.
