About the role
Sea Harvest is building a Graduate Talent Pool to identify and develop talented young professionals for future graduate opportunities across its FMCG business. The programme targets recent graduates and final‑year students who will work on real business challenges in Cape Town.
Key responsibilities
- Gain exposure to real business challenges within Sea Harvest’s operations.
- Participate in mentorship and structured on‑the‑job learning.
Required profile
- Recent graduates or final‑year students expected to graduate within six months.
- Relevant Diploma, Bachelor’s, Honours or equivalent qualification in fields such as Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Engineering, Food Science, Marketing, IT or Business Systems.
