Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

We are seeking two ambitious graduates to join a fast‑growing specialist recruitment firm as Recruitment Consultants. The role is fully remote within South Africa and focuses on sourcing talent for the US construction and built‑environment sector.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage high‑calibre candidates for US construction roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior candidates and recruiters.
• Conduct screening calls and competency‑based interviews.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes from briefing to offer.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to develop market knowledge.

Required profile

• Completed tertiary qualification (bachelor’s degree or equivalent).
• South African citizen or holder of unrestricted right to work in South Africa.
• Genuine interest in a long‑term recruitment career.
• Willingness to work US‑aligned hours (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM SAST).
• Confident, professional communicator able to engage senior executives.
