Influencer Talent Recruiter (Remote, Contractor)

About the role

DolFinContent LLC is seeking a remote Influencer Talent Recruiter to expand its creator roster. The contractor will identify high‑potential digital creators, conduct outreach, and manage onboarding while supporting talent relationship development.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Kick and emerging platforms.
• Conduct professional outreach via social media, email and networking tools.
• Manage onboarding, including agreements, documentation and profile setup.
• Maintain accurate talent databases and recruitment pipelines.
• Research trends to spot emerging creators with growth potential.
• Collaborate with Talent and Sales teams on campaign opportunities.
• Track outreach performance and provide weekly recruitment reports.

Required profile

• Native or fluent English (written and verbal).
• Excellent organization, time‑management and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Interest in influencer marketing and digital media.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Sheets.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience using CRM systems or outreach tools.
