Talent Recruiter – Influencer Sourcing

About the role

DolFinContent LLC is looking for a proactive Talent Recruiter to expand its global roster of influencers and digital creators. You will be responsible for identifying high‑potential creators, managing outreach, and guiding them through the onboarding process while supporting the agency’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Source and recruit influencers across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, Kick and emerging platforms.
• Conduct professional outreach via social media, email and networking tools.
• Manage onboarding, including agreements, documentation and profile setup.
• Maintain strong relationships with creators through regular communication.
• Keep internal databases up‑to‑date with talent rosters, profiles and recruitment pipelines.
• Research trends to spot emerging creators with growth potential.
• Collaborate with Talent and Sales teams on campaign opportunities.
• Track recruitment activity, outreach performance and acquisition metrics.
• Provide weekly recruitment reports and support general talent operations.

Required profile

• Native or fluent English (written and verbal).
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Interest in influencer marketing, talent management or digital media.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Previous experience in recruiting, talent sourcing or influencer marketing is a plus.
