Graduate Business Developer – FX Sales Associate

About the role

Ebury is looking for a motivated graduate to join its Johannesburg office as a Business Developer / FX Sales Associate. You will start a career in FinTech sales, receiving comprehensive training, mentorship and a clear path toward senior sales or management positions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage decision‑makers across various industries to generate new business opportunities.
• Research prospects, understand their payment and FX needs, and present tailored solutions.
• Negotiate and close deals, with earnings directly linked to performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
• Develop a deep understanding of international finance products and market trends.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, highly motivated recent graduate.
• Strong desire to work in B2B sales or a client‑facing environment.
• No prior FX experience required – potential and willingness to learn are key.
• Fluency in English.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and global trade.
