Sales Consultant

About the role

As a Sales Consultant you will close high‑value deals with senior US executives for an AI‑powered executive career placement service. You will work with warm, pre‑qualified leads provided by the marketing team, conduct sales calls, and guide prospects through the buying process.

Key responsibilities

• Run Zoom sales calls with warm leads booked directly onto your calendar.
• Send personalized touchpoints (email, Loom video, etc.) to confirm upcoming calls.
• Follow up with prospects who have not yet closed.
• Maintain daily inbox hygiene and submit end‑of‑day reports on calls, deals, and hours.
• Participate in team trainings, call reviews, script practice, and help evaluate new hires.

Required profile

• Native‑level English fluency.
• Based in South Africa and able to work 9 AM‑6 PM EST.
• Self‑motivated with a minimum target of one closed deal per week after ramp‑up.
• Comfortable using video‑conferencing and digital communication tools.
