Full-Cycle Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

Huzzle connects B2B sales professionals with in-house roles at leading companies across the UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australia. This is a full-cycle SDR position, remote and full-time, focused on bringing new home improvement and insurance contractors into the client's ecosystem so they can grow their businesses. The role covers everything from cold outreach and inbound lead qualification to handling objections and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Make 100+ outbound calls per day using vetted, pre-built lists of licensed contractors.
• Manage a high-volume inbox, responding to warm leads from cold email campaigns with same-day urgency.
• Own the qualification and nurturing process, identifying prospect capacity, coverage area and service fit.
• Drive the sales process through to completion: pitch the offer, overcome objections and secure initial account funding.
• Maintain a follow-up queue so every prospect reaches a decision within 14 days.
• Achieve consistent monthly targets of 5-8 new signed buyers.
• Keep HubSpot CRM and Instantly up to date for pipeline transparency.

Required profile

• Advanced English, written and spoken.
• Proven full-cycle sales experience, moving prospects from a cold call to a signed contract.
• Availability to work during core US hours (roughly 8 AM - 2 PM EST).

Required skills

• High-volume cold calling and objection handling.
• Pipeline management, able to work independently without micromanagement.
• Organized "inbox zero" approach and daily CRM hygiene.
