Financial Controller

About the role

The Financial Controller is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the Balance Sheet and P&L for designated regions at Incubeta. Working closely with Heads of Department, the role drives discussion on financial results, debtors and other matters to enable data‑driven business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own P&L for assigned specializations, coordinate bottom‑up budgeting, re‑forecasts and maintain final versions in the reporting suite.
• Prepare monthly flash results, conduct revenue and gross profit reviews, and investigate discrepancies with delivery teams.
• Reconcile balance‑sheet accounts, adjust client invoicing based on estimates, and raise necessary adjusting entries.
• Collaborate with HR on payroll reporting and respond to staff‑cost queries.
• Submit tax reporting to local consultants or authorities and ensure group finance controls are applied locally.
• Support operational expenditure recording, drive continuous finance‑function improvement, and assist with audit sampling packages.
• Provide commercial support to divisions, answer financial queries, and lead regular meetings with Heads of Department to discuss performance.
• Work with Order‑to‑Cash and Procure‑to‑Pay streams to resolve issues promptly.
