Design Teacher – College Level

About the role

Reddam House Constantia is seeking a passionate Design Teacher to deliver IEB‑aligned design curriculum to college‑level students. You will join a vibrant, international community that values innovative teaching, student well‑being, and continuous professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and present engaging Design lessons that meet IEB standards.
• Create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes deep learning.
• Provide pastoral care as a Tutor teacher for a designated group of students.
• Set, mark and provide feedback on assessments; write informative report comments.
• Teach extra lessons and participate in the afternoon programme (minimum two afternoons per week).
• Respond to emails and telephone messages within 24 hours.
• Maintain professional punctuality, behaviour and work standards.
• Continuously evaluate and refine teaching practice and pursue professional development.
• Undertake reasonable additional tasks as directed by the School Head or Deputy Head of Academics.

• Ability to engage and motivate students in a design learning environment.
• Experience delivering Design curriculum aligned with the IEB framework.
• Commitment to fostering student well‑being and academic progress.
• Professional conduct with strong organisational and communication skills.
