About the role

As a Customer Service Representative working night shifts on‑site in Cape Town, you will help customers resolve issues with empathy and efficiency, contributing to an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer communications via voice, chat or email.
  • Conduct research to provide accurate answers and resolve issues.
  • Escalate complex cases when necessary.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 months of customer service experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills and a caring attitude.

  • Computer proficiency.
