About the role
As a Customer Service Representative working night shifts on‑site in Cape Town, you will help customers resolve issues with empathy and efficiency, contributing to an exceptional experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer communications via voice, chat or email.
- Conduct research to provide accurate answers and resolve issues.
- Escalate complex cases when necessary.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 months of customer service experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills and a caring attitude.
