About the role
Outsource‑X is looking for an energetic Appointment Setter to work the night shift on‑site in Somerset West. This role is perfect for someone who thrives when the world is quiet and enjoys connecting with potential clients to schedule meetings.
Key responsibilities
- Call prospective clients and arrange appointments.
- Manage scheduling with accuracy and speed.
- Generate leads and follow up to maintain pipeline.
- Maintain professional, friendly communication at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the call process.
Required profile
- Resides in or near the Helderberg community for easy office access.
- Experience in appointment setting, telemarketing or sales is preferred.
- Clear communicator with a friendly, professional tone.
- Team‑player who thrives in a fast‑paced office environment.
- Matric certificate required.
