About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the medical sector. The role focuses on handling consignment stock orders and providing support to customers within the medical space.

Key responsibilities

• Process consignment stock orders for medical products.
• Utilise Syspro and Orderwise systems to manage order flow.
• Handle back‑orders, QWIX transactions and loan set arrangements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience with consignment stock orders in the medical field.
• Any tertiary qualification is advantageous.
• Prior knowledge of back‑orders, QWIX and loan sets is a plus.
