About the role
We are seeking a friendly and organised Customer Service Agent to join our growing UK‑based e‑commerce toy store. Working remotely, you will be the first point of contact for shoppers, helping to create a smooth and enjoyable buying experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone and live chat promptly and professionally.
- Assist with order processing, deliveries, returns, refunds and product questions.
- Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
- Accurately record transactions and update our CRM system.
- Coordinate with courier partners and internal teams to solve delivery issues.
- Support the team during peak periods and promotional campaigns.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e‑commerce or retail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
- Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional service.
Required skills
- Familiarity with Shopify.
- Experience using Zendesk or similar support platforms.
