About the role
Join a leading global customer experience provider as a French‑speaking Customer Service Agent in Cape Town. You will work on‑site supporting a Canadian shipping client, handling inbound inquiries from French‑language customers about parcel delivery services.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls and messages in French with professionalism and empathy.
- Investigate delivery‑related queries, provide tracking updates, and resolve service concerns.
- Maintain accurate case notes and ensure clear communication of next steps.
- Aim for first‑contact resolution while meeting individual and team performance targets.
- Handle complaints in line with quality standards and adapt to evolving processes.
Required profile
- Fluent in French and English.
- Matric qualification or equivalent contact‑centre experience.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Willingness to work night shifts (3 pm – 6 am) on a rotating schedule.
Required skills
- Proficiency in using contact‑centre software and CRM tools.
What we offer
- Base salary of R15,000 per month plus a night‑shift allowance of R1,000.
- Monthly variable bonus up to 5% of salary.
