Customer Service Agent – E-Commerce Toy Store

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and organised Customer Service Agent to join our growing UK‑based e‑commerce toy store. Working remotely, you will be the first point of contact for shoppers, helping to create a smooth and enjoyable buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone and live chat promptly and professionally.
• Assist with order processing, deliveries, returns, refunds and product questions.
• Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Accurately record transactions and update our CRM system.
• Coordinate with courier partners and internal teams to solve delivery issues.
• Support the team during peak periods and promotional campaigns.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e‑commerce or retail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
• Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional service.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Shopify.
• Experience using Zendesk or similar support platforms.
