About the role
Charisma Healthcare Solutions is looking for an experienced ICU‑trained Registered Nurse to join the team as a Clinical Facilitator in Port Elizabeth. This permanent position offers an opportunity to lead nursing education, mentor staff, and drive quality improvement across the unit.
Key responsibilities
- Design, deliver and evaluate clinical education and training programmes for nursing staff.
- Provide one‑on‑one mentorship and support to enhance clinical competence.
- Conduct quality assessments, audit compliance with standards, and implement best practice initiatives.
- Promote evidence‑based patient care and continuous improvement.
Required profile
- Registered Nurse (RN) with formal ICU training, registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC).
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for nursing education, staff development and quality assurance.
- Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle for site visits.
