General Practitioner – Teleconsultation Services

About the role

iSON Health is expanding its telehealth network and seeks experienced General Practitioners to deliver virtual medical care on a flexible, pay‑per‑consultation basis. This remote position allows doctors to manage patient consultations, chronic disease programs, and second‑opinion coordination through a digital platform.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct video or voice consultations, providing diagnosis, treatment advice, and follow‑up care.
• Support chronic disease management by engaging patients regularly and monitoring progress.
• Coordinate second medical opinions with specialists and facilitate continuity of care for patients receiving treatment abroad.
• Participate in online health awareness sessions or webinars as needed.
• Maintain accurate consultation records and collaborate with internal clinical and operations teams.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Active medical license from a recognized medical council.
• 2–5 years of experience in general practice.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• Strong communication skills for video/voice consultations.
• Proficiency with online consultation and patient management platforms.
