About the role
The Business Analyst with Personal Assistant duties will support the Group Managing Director and CFO, delivering analytical insights while handling executive administrative tasks. This hybrid role blends business analysis, project coordination and high‑level PA responsibilities to drive operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Produce regular business performance reports, analyse financial and market data, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Coordinate cross‑functional projects, act as liaison between departments and senior leadership, and monitor timelines.
- Manage the MD’s and CFO’s calendars, arrange travel, prepare meeting materials and take minutes.
- Maintain documentation, support preparation of board and financial reports, and organise company events and vendor relationships.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
- 3‑5 years experience in business analysis, management or executive assistance, with direct exposure to senior leadership.
- Strong organisational, communication and confidentiality skills, able to work under pressure.
Required skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Experience with business intelligence tools such as QlikView or Power BI.
- Familiarity with ERP/financial systems like SAP, SYSPRO or QuickBooks.
