About the role
Join a fast‑paced automotive workshop as the first point of contact for customers. You will manage service bookings, job cards and communication between clients and technicians, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience.
Key responsibilities
- Manage service bookings and schedule workshop appointments.
- Open and process job cards accurately.
- Welcome customers and handle all service‑related enquiries.
- Liaise between customers, service advisors and technicians to maintain workflow.
- Update customers on repair progress and completion timelines.
- Process invoices, warranty claims and service documentation.
- Maintain accurate records using the Evolve CRM system.
- Support workshop administration and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Handle telephone and email communication professionally.
- Assist with service sales opportunities where appropriate.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a workshop service reception or automotive front‑desk role.
- Strong administrative and customer‑service abilities.
- Working knowledge of the Evolve CRM system or a similar platform (essential).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy with job cards and invoicing.
- Professional, well‑presented and customer‑focused attitude.
- Valid driver’s licence.

What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from R11,000 to R14,000 gross per month, dependent on experience.
