Account Developer (HORECA Channel)

About the role

The Account Developer will join the Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa team focusing on the HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Café) channel. You will own a defined territory, drive frontline execution and contribute directly to customer growth and overall business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of HORECA customers within an assigned territory.
• Execute sales plans, promotional activities and product launches on the field.
• Monitor market trends, gather customer insights and report performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure optimal product availability and service quality.

Required profile

• Strong interest in sales and customer relationship management.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of a territory.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
