Director of Premium Execution

About the role

The Director of Premium Execution will lead the Premiumisation channel strategy for Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa, translating the franchise’s premium vision into market‑level actions. This senior role partners closely with CCBSA and system stakeholders to activate premium brands, packs, pricing and experiences that drive value growth and brand equity.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the market‑level Premiumisation agenda aligned with franchise strategy.
• Set channel roles, execution standards and brand‑pack‑price fit for premium offerings.
• Act as the primary franchise interface to CCBSA for premium execution.
• Collaborate with Regional General Managers and Finance to improve price realization and mix.
• Drive execution excellence and build premium capability across system teams.

Required profile

• 12–15 years of experience in FMCG or beverages.
• Strong commercial, customer or channel strategy background.
• Proven experience working within a franchise‑bottler system.
• Deep understanding of South African trade channels.
