About the role
We are looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our inbound/outbound contact centre. You will sell a range of financial products, build customer loyalty and represent the brand with a professional image.
Key responsibilities
- Sell banking and insurance products to existing and prospective customers via phone and digital channels.
- Manage customer relationships to enhance loyalty and retention.
- Follow established sales procedures and compliance guidelines.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets within set timescales.
- Accurately record interactions and sales activity in the system.
Required profile
- Secondary or higher education (Matric, A‑levels, or equivalent).
- 1‑2 years of sales or contact‑centre experience, preferably in business banking or insurance.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
