About the role
The Care Home Admissions Advisor is responsible for driving the sales and marketing activities of the residential care facility. Working closely with the General Manager, you will ensure the department runs smoothly while meeting and exceeding occupancy and revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end sales and marketing process for the care home.
- Maintain daily operations of the Sales & Marketing department.
- Achieve budgeted occupancy levels and maximise revenue.
- Develop and nurture relationships with prospective residents and their families.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to align admissions strategy with overall business goals.
- Prioritise workload and handle pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

- Decisive, self‑motivated and proactive.
- Flexible and adaptable with a strong desire to excel.
- Confident and enthusiastic communicator.
- Ability to manage interpersonal relationships and influence decisions.
