Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Capital Business Partner provides dedicated HR partnership to Guardrisk business units, ensuring people practices support company goals while managing complex client demands. The role balances operational delivery with strategic input, acting as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and managers, providing strategic HR insights on talent management, organisational development and employee engagement.
• Partner with leadership to align human capital strategies with Guardrisk’s business objectives and drive the people agenda across business units.
• Lead recruitment and selection strategy for the assigned business unit, ensuring talent acquisition processes meet business needs.
• Oversee performance management, including goal setting, feedback and development planning.
• Advise on career development, succession planning and employee learning programmes.
• Manage complex employee‑relations issues, providing guidance to resolve conflicts and promote a positive organisational culture.
• Support change‑management initiatives and assist leaders during organisational transformation or restructuring.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a HR business partner or similar strategic HR role.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition, performance management and employee‑relations processes.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and influence people‑related decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering HR solutions that support business goals.
