About the role
We are looking for a Junior HR Generalist to join a leading telecoms client in Techno Park, Stellenbosch. The role will support payroll, recruitment, training, employee engagement and HR reporting in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Administer payroll processes and ensure accurate payments.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding and related documentation.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Maintain filing systems, HR reporting and record keeping.
- Organise employee engagement activities and social events.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology.
- 3–5 years of experience in a generalist HR or HR administration role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, preferably SAGE 300 People.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Required skills
- SAGE 300 People payroll system.
- Microsoft Office Suite.
